The rates include:
- sheets & towels (one set) with a free of charge change every 7 days
- power, water, heating, waste disposal
- VAT and other taxes
Extra costs
- small dogs / domestic animals: € 10,00 per day (food not included / sleeping basket not available): prior consultation required.
- fresh bread service
- Our guests are required to thoroughly clean the kitchen before departure.
The apartments can be checked into between 5 pm and 8 pm. For check-ins before 5 pm or after 8 pm prior consultation is required.
Persons aged 14 years and over have to pay from 01.01.2014 a TOURIST TAX of Euro 1,80 / person / night. This tax is not included in the rate and it’s only payable by cash. All alterations and revocations every time reserved.
